A pair of reclaimed, elegant, Victorian pine French doors. The doors are very thick and well made and have been stripped, primed and undercoated, ready for a paint finish by purchaser to suit.

Each door has 3 rectangular panels ready for glazing. The doors do not currently have a rebated edge but will come with pine rebate strips (seen in photo 1) for purchaser to add as required. Door hardware is to be supplied by purchaser. The doors are reclaimed antiques and therefore have some small signs of use and wear. The doors have some small knocks and marks and some small filled holes.

There are some lock holes where hardware has been removed. The inner side of the glazing bars have some small splintery areas and rough edges. One door has hinges and they are missing from the other door. There is some damage to one of the inner edges, please see pictures for details. The doors have a lovely period look and will look very desirable once glazed, making a wonderful feature within the home. Width per door 49.5cm + 50cm (plus rebate if used). Height of doors 218.6cm (approx). If you wish to arrange your own courier for collection, we would bubble wrap the item free of charge. There are a few points we would like to make you aware of in terms of risk. There is a small amount of risk with transporting any item.

This risk can be minimised by either collecting in person or using a trusted person or company to move the item for you. We have been using the same trusted family firm of couriers for many years now and are happy with their services, additionally you are covered for loss or damage. We would not be liable for loss or damage in transit. For cast iron items, no amount of bubble wrap will protect them from smashing if they were allowed to fall over. I would urge you not to book a parcel carrier, although cheaper.
