Antique 19th C French Gothic Ormolu Bevelled Glass Pocket Watch Casket Holder
Antique French Victorian Gothic style ormolu and bevelled glass pocket watch holder casket. An unusual design, the hinged door opens to reveal a cushioned satin interior with a gilt hook for hanging your watch. In very good antique used condition, the hinges and clasp are in good order. There are no chips or cracks to the glass.
The satin interior is somewhat frayed and thinning due to its great age. Dimensions - 12cm H x 8cm W x 5cm D. A beautiful piece which would make a super addition to any collection or as part of your jewellery display.
