Antique 19th Century Victorian French Cast Brass Office Stamp Set with 4 Stamps. Ntique 19th century Victorian French cast brass office stamp set with 4 stamps. The ink pad sits in a raised plinth with an intricate lid, it has swirls and flowers, a raised oval in the centre with a beaded section around this. The ink pad has completely dried out. The arms supporting the bracket that holds the stamp templates come on either side, it has a leaf pattern on the bottom of each of them. There are 4 stamps each in a different size, one reads "Librairie Papeterie Desire Mertz Sta-Marie Aux Mines" the others a plane.

There are two small feet on the back that look like animal paws. This would be the perfect addition to your desk. Height: 8.12cm (3 1/4). Depth: 16.25cm (6 1/2).
