The clock is superb quality and is beautifully detailed and as such would make a stunning centre piece in any room. If you are looking for an exquisite clock, this one will surly fit the bill.

The case is nicely shaped and is beautifully adorned Cloisonne Champleve Enamel floral embellishments to the front. The circular door with thick bevelled convex glass opens to access the dial.

The dial is set out with Roman Numerals and has lovely shaped hands. Then to the rear is a circular door which is fretted and lined in blue fabric and opens to access the movement and allow the pendulum to be hung. The pendulum is also stamped. 1234' showing it to be original to the clock. The clock strikes the hours on the hour and once at half past on a gong. The clock is happily ticking away and keeping good time and the movement is nice and clean. In addition this clock comes complete with it's winding key. DIMENSIONS The approximate dimensions are: - 7 1/4 inches (18.5 cm) wide - 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm) deep - 9 3/4 inches (24.5 cm) high. AGE: The clock is dates to circa 1880. CONDITION: The case is in superb condition as can be seen from the photographs, there are just minor age marks to the brass case and a couple of scratched to the glass commensurate with age and use. Movement is lovely and clean and. Clock is happily ticking and chiming away.
