Antique French Mother of Pearl HP Silk Fan w/ Inlaid Gold & Sequins Framed #1. Antique French Hand Fan with Mother of Pearl Sticks. The Fan has a Hand Painted on Silk Scene of Ladies in Period Dress in the Center. On either side of the Ladies are Floral Swags and Floral Cameos. All of this has been outlined with carefully hand-sewn Gold Sequins. The Fan itself is Outlined with Delicate Ecru Lace. The Sticks are Beautiful Mother of Pearl that were hand-cut, hand-carved with a Delicate Floral Pattern, and then Inlaid with Gold. The Fan measures 8 1/4" and has an open width of 15 1/2". It is in Pristine Condition with no issues. The Fan has been Custom Framed in a Gold Leaf Frame with a Blue Shantung Silk background. The Framed Size is 15 1/2" x 22 3/8" and is 2 deep.
