ANTIQUE FRENCH ORMULO MARBLE 4 COLUMN PORTICO CLOCK 8 DAY BRASS MOVEMENT BCH. For your consideration is an antique 19th century French marble cased four column portico clock.

The clock benefits from ornate ormolu metal mounts cast as hanging foliate wreathes and flower baskets. The clock contains its original 8 day brass movement marked "FC".

Complete with bell, star pendulum and key. The white enamel dial has been hand painted with black numerals above hanging floral wreathes. The hands of fancy gilt design and housed within a beveled glass door. The clock has been working well and holding good time.

Please note I have not had the clock movement serviced. This clock will require setting up after transit and may require adjustments to have the clock in working order. We recommend you use a professional clock expert to set up this clock for you. This is the same for all antique mechanical clocks. Case is in good condition. The marble is in good order.
