Antique French Palais Royale Victorian Blue Enamelled Wax Hand Seal a/f #T220B
This is an antique hand seal that is made from enamelled white metal. The matrix is also white metal and has a little cross hatch sort of pattern on it with no personalisation. The blue enamelling did have a dot pattern painted on it but the majority of the pattern has chipped off. No maker's marks etc.
Probably French Palais Royale era often found in sets with dip ink pens and pencils. In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear. As mentioned, it is missing the majority of its pattern.

Scale is usually an English 1 penny coin which is 20mm in diameter which is just short of 7/8ths of an inch in diameter. In the title or description it means. Condition which may have scuffs, scratches and damage.
