A STUNNING ORIGINAL VICTORIAN PICTURE LOCKET WITH AN EXQUISITE BLACK ONYX FRONT, WITH A RAISED FLORAL MOTIF INLAID WITH GOLD LEAF AND PEARLS - A LOCKET OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN MAGNIFICENT CONDITION DATING TO C1860! Here is an absolutely wonderful antique Victorian French locket of the highest quality. The front is carved black onyx and is set with a gorgeous flower motif done in an intaglio carved design with gold leaf applied and 3 pearl flower centers.

The reverse opens with a hinge and has its original glass cover. The jewel is in fine condition. The clasp closes tightly and securely. The locket is 36 mm tall without the loops and 27 mm wide. The locket weighs 12.5 grams.
