Antique Mantel Clock French Victorian Brass Silver Gilt Restored
A very good quality French Belle Epoque brass mantel clock with silver gilt and bronzed decoration. The clock has square fluted Corinthian columns finished with capitals, rose embellishment, female mask and leaf motif design surmounted by an urn to the top of the case. The clock has a silvered dial with Roman numerals and a French eight day movement which strikes the hours and half hours on a gong.
Depth - 5 ½ inches. This clock is in lovely condition ready for your home. The brass has been cleaned and lacquered and the movement comes with a 12 month guarantee.
