Antique Victorian Cast Iron Letterbox French Door Furniture 19th C Lettres

An antique French cast iron letterbox in all original condition, probably dating from the late 19th century. Measures approx 21.5cm across and 10cm max height.

The maximum depth is 2.5cm and the length of the screws is approx 6cm. The quality is so good that no spring is needed to keep the flap open - it stays just by the weight of the bar attached to the back. The colour is very dark green.
