Antique Victorian Hand Cornucopia Vase, 11 Opaque White Glass, French

Lovely antique Victorian glass hand vase. Likely dating to the 1880s-1900s era, this opaque white glass hand vase is perched on a pedestal that has been painted black. It is about 11 tall and depicts a lady's pink right hand holding a ruffled cornucopia. I believe this is French in origin, but can't be certain. There is a rough pontil mark on the bottom.

CONDITION : VERY GOOD (Poor-->Fair-->Good-->Very Good-->Excellent-->Mint) No chips or cracks. There are some black spots on the ruffled rim that are a bit rough - perhaps a manufacturing flaw. Gold paint on the lady's ring has losses. Some residue/discoloration on the bottom interior of the vase. Remains of an old sticker on the bottom.
