Old Vintage Antique Victorian French bronze Man Mounting Wild Horse sculpture

It looks to be from the Victorian era, there are small square nuts holding together the 4 separate pieces also as seen in my photos. The horse is mounted to the base the man is also mounted to the base and the plant under the horses hooves is also a separate piece mounted to the base. I do not see a signature anywhere that I can detect, it may be signed but I just do not happen to see any kind of a Maker's Mark.

One bolt is missing on the bottom that would have been holding the man's left foot, and where the rains screw into each side of the horse's mouth the rains aren't mounted totally also as seen in my last two photos. It looks like it was painted gold at one time, overall it looks good and displays well. It's fairly heavy for its size and measures about 7 1/2" tall and about 8" wide.
