Rare Antique Victorian French Bisque Piano Baby Doll Figurine Swinger In Basket

This is a hard to find 19th Century French bisque baby in wicker trunk figurine from old estate. It is 4" by 6" by 6 and has holes so it can be a swinger.

All I see to note is that on the trunks rim by baby looks like a loop is missing. I see no other damage to discuss. It has numbers painted in red on base and a word embossed.
