Up for grabs here is this superb, and QUITE RARE Victorian 19th Century C-1850s heavy cast brass pendant light fixture with large 1920s French original Vianne hand-made Mouth-blown Opaline torch flame shade. Superb piece of 19th-C lighting.

Very impressive original Victorian Heavy decorative cast brass pyramid gallery with original locking bolts, and an ornamental grab hanging ring. Original heavy cast brass close-links chain with original S ring. Original & quite substantial ceiling rose plate with open hanging hook, and pre-formed installation holes. Original 1920s very large French Vianne hand-made mouth-blown Opaline Torch flame shade with original label.

Weighing 1.10 KG, and part of brand new (never used) consignment of original 1920s "Vianne" stock in storage for almost 100 years. Original 1920s brass & ceramics Edison screw fit B-27 bulb holder (Earthed). Fixture has been professionally re-wired in period sensitive silk braided three-core twist cable, earthed, tested, and in perfect working order. Ready to install, no additional parts required other than a space on the ceiling and three suitable screws.

Totally charming when lit, can be operated via wall switch or with an independent pull cord switch. For dimensions, please see images. The Pendant is in beautiful period condition with charming aging patina, and hardly any level of age related wear for its 100+ years of service, and (No Known Faults).
